Running Accomplishments:

I trained for and ran a marathon after losing 80 lbs over the period of about 1 year. I have only finished one marathon (Deseret Morning News in Salt Lake City, UT), but I am very proud of that fact. I am running my second marathon in September.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I hope to be able to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I hope to be able to continue to use running as a motivational tool to stay strong and healthy.
